TERMS & CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store for alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages www.poide.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Pöide Pruulikoda OÜ (registry code 12253640), located at Tolli tn 25a Kuressaare, Saaremaa vald Saaremaa 93813.

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information

  • The Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of beverages (hereinafter referred to as Products) from the Online Store.
  • The prices of Products sold in the online store are displayed next to each Product. A shipping fee (i.e., parcel terminal service fee) will be added to the delivery price of the Products.
  • Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the online store www.poide.ee. The seller is Pöide Pruulikoda OÜ, registry code 12253640, located at Tolli tn 25a Kuressaare, Saaremaa vald Saaremaa 93813). The terms and conditions apply to all purchases.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory taxes. Orders can be paid for by using the payment method offered in the online store, which is a bank transfer service provided by SEB Bank.
  • Pöide Pruulikoda OÜ is the controller of personal data, which forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorised processor, SEB Pank AS.

3. Placing an order

  • To order a product, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete your order, fill in the required fields. The amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link. The simplified purchase agreement will take effect once the amount due has been credited to the online store's bank account.
  • If the ordered Product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment will be refunded immediately, no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
  • Alcohol is sold only to adult customers who have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old when placing their order. The customer's age is verified upon delivery of alcohol-containing goods, and the seller may refuse to deliver such goods if the customer is unable to prove their age upon receipt of the goods.

4. Shipment

  • We deliver products within the Republic of Estonia using the Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal service. Delivery time depends on stock availability and delivery partners. For parcel terminal service, the standard delivery time is 3 working days, with a maximum of 5 working days.
  • It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself at Pöide Brewery, Tolli 25a, Kuressaare. You can pick up the goods from the brewery on working days by calling in advance.
  • When using the parcel terminal service, the Buyer must verify their age at the terminal. For orders containing alcohol, goods can be collected from the parcel terminal between 10:00 and 22:00 (or until the parcel terminal closes, if it closes before 22:00). In addition to the door code, an ID card and PIN code must also be entered to verify age when receiving alcoholic products.
  • After paying for the Product(s), you will see a summary of your purchase on the last page. An invoice/purchase confirmation will be sent to your email address within one business day after payment. If you wish, you can print or save the receipt from the links located above the summary. The products will be delivered to you using parcel terminal service providers.

5. Right of withdrawal

  • After receiving the order, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the Product purchased in the Online Store, in accordance with § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act, except in cases where the Product cannot be used due to the fault of the service provider, such as damaged goods. To receive compensation for the Product, a statement must be submitted to the email address terviseks@poidebeer.com no later than 14 days after purchase of the Product.
  • The online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, refund the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract for the Product(s), subject to compensation, provided that the Buyer returns the defective Product(s) to the online store. The buyer shall pay the shipping costs for the return.
  • If delivery of the order fails due to incorrect contact details entered by the customer or the customer being under 18 years of age, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded immediately, except for transport costs incurred, and no later than within 14 calendar days.
  • The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the buyer return the Product if the price of the Product in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the Product due to an error.

6. Dispute resolution

  • The online store is not responsible for products sold to buyers that they have mistakenly selected from the online store. Claims can be submitted if the buyer has purchased a product from the online store and cannot use it due to the service provider's fault, i.e., the product is defective.
  • If a defect is discovered, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within 14 days by sending an email to terviseks@poidebeer.com or calling 5782 1900.
  • The online store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.

7. Responsibility

The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use of the goods or by the Buyer providing false information.

8. Data processing

When processing personal data, the Seller shall be guided by the privacy policy published on the website www.poide.ee.

9. Changes to the terms & conditions

The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be published in the online store and will be valid from the moment of publication.
